SYMPHONIC WIND ORCHESTRA
Exeter University Symphonic Wind Orchestra is a new wind ensemble at the University, also under the leadership of conductor, Tim Pithers, and is made up of students at the University, many of whom are also in EUSO. We perform three concerts a year with EUSO, and play repertoire from Hess, to Sparke, to Woolfenden.

We rehearse four times each term, typically with 2-hour rehearsals on Wednesday evenings or Sunday afternoons. All instruments are auditioned at the start of the academic year and while we recommend that musicians are grade 7+ or equivalent, anyone interested is encouraged to try out.
